I've had the fortune of working with Carie for close to 2 years. To say she has changed my life would be an understatement in the extreme. To understand, I was born with severe Scoliosis and many musculoskeletal deformities. In short, my body is very unique.
On my first session with Carie she highlighted areas of my body which were out of alignment, which I wont lie, I said "No s***". But this was where the professionalism, skill and client first approach first shone through from Carie. Just by looking at me she described in detail things I had lived with my whole life and explained the reasons why, and then set about alleviating these challenges (which we have!).
Then she moved on to allowing my body to gain movement, strength, physical capacity, and a massive boost in overall capacity, which has changed my life. To elaborate further would just be too much, so I'll simply say that Carie is supremely knowledgeable in her profession, and if you put your trust in her (even when her exercises seem whacky!) you will be amazed at the positive changes she can assist you to achieve.

I have been involved in the Health and Fitness industry on a full time basis since 2010. My journey has taken different paths over the years with regard to training protocols, however I've always been fascinated in how the body and mind functions and how this can be improved: the biomechanics, nutrition and overall wellness.
My aim is to always assist my clients to achieve their goals whether they are World champions or weekend warriors looking to improve in a specific sport, increase their strength, movement range, balance and overall wellbeing.
We are all presented with different bodies, the important factor is how to create and facilitate the very best possible outcome.
